Within a walking distance of Kavkazskaya Plennitsa, where you can have lunch. Room was a good value. You' ll need about 5 minutes to reach national gallery of armenia on foot...

The beds were good in our room. Hotel is a great base for a weekend in Yerevan. We really enjoyed the food and facilities and really fair prices.
The bathroom was cold.
